Massage Therapy at Sydney

Who Are We?

Hi I’m Tim Harman and I’ve been a full-time masseur for 8 years. Since leaving school I always wanted to inspire people to live fulfilling, healthy & happy lives. I studied massage therapy in 1994 thinking I would do it part time as I studied sport science but massage took over and I loved so many aspects of it I just kept going.

Working from the Inner West Spinal & Sports Injury Centre means my clients and I can collaborate with great health professionals like chiropractors, podiatrists & naturopaths at one convenient location. All of us here share similar philosophies about true health maintenance and are passionate about helping the community to find theirs and what works best for them.

Andrew Asks some important questions of interest to Sydney residents - Chiropractor Sydney Andrew Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
How could chiropractic help a stomach problem?
Chiropractic works by locating and reducing areas of the spine compromising nerve communications between your brain and your body. If nerves to or from your stomach are irritated, your stomach won't work right. Chiropractors find the source of the interference, reduce it and allow your body to work as designed.
